Exchange and Returns
To exchange or return a product? You can do so easily and quickly in three steps :-)
You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it, and we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after receiving the return shipment.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Fill out the return form
Download the return form here and fill it out completely.
Step 2: Send back your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form. Make sure to include a Track and Trace code with your package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we receive the package, we will arrange for the purchase amount to be refunded to your bank account within five working days.
